Palisades, formely know as Sneden’s Landing is a town in Rockland County, New York. This small region is home of many celebrities, one of recent ones is Scarlett Johanson, who bought a property there for 4 million dollars. This home has the nickname of “Ivy House” mainly for being ivy-clad, and was designed by Eric Gugler, the architect that was also responsible for designing the famous Oval Office in the White House.

The amazing house overlooks the Hudson River, taking full advantage of the views with big windows, a elevated brick patio and a huge balcony that features New Orleans-style in wrought and iron detail.
Nature is a big part of the property that counts not also with ivy climbing the wall, but alot a trees, pink flowers and green grass.

The architect designed the house on a way to maximize the light and natural breezes throughout the home. With lots of doors and windows but with greenery surrounding every room, providing both peace and privacy.
